Majority of People Wants to replace their cell phones when New model of cell phones launched which even have same features same Interface and even have same software,the change in new model is its physical accessories like old model has camera whicsh is 3.2 megapixels and new model has camera which is 5.0 megapixels and better speakers or keypad or big LCD etc. And some times it is happen that some physical accessories get faulty which can not be repaired or replaced. This causes the wastage of mobile phones, which is the hidden problem till yet.
My Idea is to reduce the wastage of cellular Phones as much as possible.
The concept of Phone block is that the cellular phone is being made up of blocks that can easily be replaced, means every part of phone its own block,like if someone wants to replace its LCD which and LCD has its own block so he/she just have to put out the block of LCD and attched block of new LCD.

Major problems in new upcoming cell phone is their interface. Like if someone has Android in its smartphone and he/she wants to change his/her user interface to OS so it is imposibble to convert Android phone to OS.
Phone block is Open source Interface Cellular phone, user can easily change Interface to Android ,OS or vice versa.
This idea can get practically implemented if my company get funds.
